Usage and precautions:

NM-501W-1 RTV-1 Sealant Silicone Adhesive has three conventional packaging specifications: 50ml aluminum tube, 100ml aluminum tube and 300ml 2600ML PE tube. For aluminum tube packaging and PE tube packaging, you can directly squeeze by hand or use only professional glue squeezing equipment.

Before use, please clean and dry the surface of the object to be adhered with an alcohol cotton pad. Note that after applying the glue, it needs to be fully exposed to the air to trigger curing. The thickness of the glue layer is recommended to be controlled at 2-5mm. Too thick will prolong the vulcanization time. NM-501W-1 RTV-1 Sealant Silicone Adhesive will be completely dry after 24 hours at room temperature, and the strength will reach the highest after 7 days, or it can be heated to achieve rapid vulcanization. Please do not apply force before it is fully cured. If the glue is not used up at one time during the application process, pay attention to sealing the glue outlet; avoid contact with eyes during application; it cannot be sealed during construction and curing, and a good ventilation environment should be maintained.

Please note that unopened products should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight and severe vibration. The shelf life is 6 months.
