Use alcohol cotton pads to clean and dry the surface of the object to be adhered, squeeze the aluminum tube/PE tube product by hand or install a special glue extrusion equipment to extrude it.
Note that after applying the glue, it needs to be fully exposed to air to trigger curing. The thickness of the glue layer is recommended to be controlled at 2-5mm. Too thick will prolong the vulcanization time. The RTV-1 Silicone Adhesive Sealant will be completely dry after 24 hours at room temperature ≥10℃, and the strength will reach the highest after 7 days. Do not apply force before it is completely cured.
If the glue is not used up at one time during the application process, pay attention to seal the glue outlet; avoid contact with eyes during application; it cannot be sealed during construction and curing, and a good ventilation environment should be maintained.
Please pay attention that this product is non-toxic and non-hazardous. Avoid rain and exposure. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and severe vibration. The shelf life is 6 months.
