Thermal paste, thermal conductive silicone sheet, thermal conductive gel: mainly used in computer CPUs, GPUs, SSD memory, mobile phones and tablets, LED lights, home appliances, game consoles, energy storage batteries, beauty salons, electronic tools, 3D printers, 5G base stations, new energy vehicles, medical equipment, IGBT and other electronic products with high heat generation, play a role in heat conduction and heat dissipation.
2. Thermal conductive adhesive: mainly used for bonding and heat conduction of electronic components, PCB, LED lights, drive power supplies, medical equipment and other electronic products.
