How to use NM-910 Led Lights Thermal Paste:
1. Clean the base surface: Before use, clean the surface of the contact objects such as the gap between aluminum substrate and radiator, remove rust, oil, dust and other pollutants, and ensure that the surface is clean and tidy to ensure that the thermal paste and the contact surface can fit well.
2. Apply paste: Open the lid of the NM-910 Led Lights Thermal Paste, open the seal, and then use the provided scraper to evenly apply the thermal paste to the parts that need heat dissipation, such as the connection between the LED lamp beads and the lamp board, and the contact surface between the driver chip and the heat sink. When applying, the thinner the paste layer, the better, but ensure uniform coverage to avoid uneven thickness or bubbles.
3. Install components: After applying, directly install the corresponding components in place, apply a little pressure to make the contact surface fit tightly, and let the thermal paste fully fill the gap. If there is squeezed thermal paste, wipe it with a cloth.
