How to Use:

1. Ratio: A: B = 2:1 (weight ratio)
2. Usable Time: (25℃) 20-30 minutes (100g mixing amount)
3. Curing Conditions: (25℃) 2-3 hours or (70℃) 1 hour
4. The surface of the product to be glued needs to be kept dry and clean;
5. Take the amount according to the ratio and weigh accurately. Please remember that the ratio is the weight ratio rather than the volume ratio. After mixing, A and B agents need to be fully stirred to avoid incomplete curing;
6. After stirring evenly, please fill the glue in time and try to use up the mixed glue within the usable time;
7. During the curing process, please keep the product horizontal to avoid glue overflow during the curing process.

Notes:

1. This product will gradually solidify after mixing, its viscosity will gradually increase, and some heat will be released;
2. The more glue is mixed together, the faster it will react, the faster it will solidify, and it may be accompanied by a large amount of heat release. Please pay attention to control the amount of glue prepared at one time, because due to the accelerated reaction, the usable time will also be shortened. The mixed glue should be used up as soon as possible;
3. Usable time: refers to the time when the viscosity of 100g mixed glue doubles at 25℃, not the operable time. The glue must not be used;
4. A very small number of people will have mild skin allergies and mild itching and pain after long-term contact with glue. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using it. If it accidentally sticks to the skin, please rinse it repeatedly with clean water immediately;
5. Before using it in large quantities, please try it in a small amount first to master the product usage skills to avoid mistakes.

Storage and packaging:

1. The packaging specification of NM-6321 Epoxy Potting Adhesive is 3 kg per group, which contains 2kg of main agent and 1kg of curing agent.
2. It should be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place. The shelf life is six months. It can continue to be used after passing the test.
